Each design should use CMYK colour mode rather than RGB
Pantone colours are only allowed if matched
If that’s the case, a member or our team will notify you before your order goes to print. We will match all orders quoted using CMYK as close as possible. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a pantone match. If we can’t achieve a Delta E of less than three, we’ll notify you before going to print with your order.
Designs that use the colour black should use “100% black.” If you require a richer black, then you can use a value of cyan 30%, magenta 20%, yellow 20% and black 100%.
Ink coverage should not exceed 310% in pictures, text or graphics
Avoid using “registration” as a colour or 0% for white. Only use registration for crop/trim/registration
Please maintain colour consistency across ranges. If you decide to change a colour, please let us know when you upload your artwork.
Please keep in mind that digital print is very detail oriented. If your artwork doesn’t fit or is not high enough quality, our label builder will automatically highlight this. Please contact us if you need help
Uploaded files (.eps, .tiff or .jpeg) should be at least 300dpi while at 100% magnification
Please refrain from converting lower resolution files to 300dpi. This type of change doesn’t result in improved image quality. Please also keep in mind that we won’t be able to modify Photoshop files unless you supply them as a layered PSD file with all the necessary fonts supplied (if the design uses fonts).
